Collection comprises correspondence, reports, newspaper clippings, and photographs related to Methodist missionary Edith Shufeldt and her work in China, primarily in Tientsin (Tianjin) in northern China but also in Peking (Beijing), from the 1920s through the 1940s. The correspondence, comprising two folders, includes an account of the bombing of Chungking (Chongqing), in 1939.
